24 january term 1 week 12
Mrs Lim was considering a change of job, she could not tolerate her drudgery any longer. The seeming
intermiable work hours but
nominal remuneration was driving her mad. Her deceased husband has left her with two children, stones tied around her neck. Furthermore the company she worked under was
egregious. It had a notorious history of selling bogus medical pills, causing the hospitalisation of two. However, Mrs Lim was a matron who had little choice. She does not stipulate having an integral secondary education, which is the basic condition for most companies. The thought of having difficulties finding a new job made Mrs Lim bristled with fear. She could not afford being jobless. It is during this troubling period that a fortuitous meeting ,between Mrs Lim and a general manager of a prestigious company, had opened a whole new route to utopia for Mrs Lim.
