The majestic sun hung high up in the air,and emitted heat waves. The great ball of fire which was causing the incontrovertible weather.Perspiration beads ran down my forehead profusely, I dreaded returning to my domicile in this weather. However, Lady Luck seemed to shine on me this particular day. My friend was fetched by her parnets and I importuned her to give me a lift home. The chance to curtail my long journey back home, and shun from the hot weather, has presented itself and I will not let it pass by. My ultimate aim was to each home as quickly as possible to get a cup of cold drink and lie on the sofa.
